  ALUMINIUM

  Bandsaw technology for plate finishing

The first plate stack up cut is done on a transverse bandsaw. Then in the directly adjacent process two longitudinal bandsaws cut parallel on the left and right side the plates to the correct dimensions. The bandsaws are positioned on the right and left side of the transport roller conveyor. Scrap and chips are transported automatically out of the cell, chips are then pressed to briquettes.
