Our robot-guided deburring offers a cost-effective and flexible method of removing mold flash. With modern robot cells, we ensure automated and efficient processing – both at mold partitions and when removing casting defects on the surface.

Manual set-up processes are eliminated, as an integrated image processing system automatically recognizes the respective workpiece type. Based on this information, the robot automatically switches to the appropriate gripper system.
