Our cut-to-size system enables the fully automated production of customized aluminum plate blanks. Marking, sawing, and order picking are carried out in one continuous process – without manual intervention.

Raw plates are transported to the system via a storage solution, automatically labeled, and fed to the circular saw. After the first cut, a robot takes over the handling: buffering, rotating, and feeding the plates back to the saw according to the cutting plan.

Once the final dimensions are achieved, the parts are transferred to storage systems or directly picked for dispatch. Integration with autonomous mobile robots is possible, as well as unloading by forklift.
