From the low pressure die casting line with automated core handling and the insertion of filters to the entire post-processing chain, you receive all necessary processes as a turnkey solution. The technical design of our systems for chassis parts, such as knuckles, subframes and rear frames, is based on our specific knowledge and experience from many projects, workpiece types and production facilities in various countries.
In addition to casting, we take care of all necessary process steps such as cooling, marking, decoring, sawing, deburring and cleaning. Deburring and cleaning are carried out with the help of robots and deburring presses. Gating systems are removed quickly and efficiently by our sawing solutions with bandsaws and circular saws. For inspection processes we integrate X-ray machines or computer tomographs.
Our automated casting cells allow the insertion of cores and filters as well as the marking of workpieces by laser. Optional gripper changing systems ensure a fast change of workpiece type. Conveyor belts and shuttles transport the castings out of the cell as well as the sand cores to the casting machine. The time for loading the casting machine and removing the castings is reduced to a minimum.
