More Information

In 3D printing of metal parts, complex structures are built layer by layer. After printing, support structures must be removed efficiently and accurately to minimize rework.

Our band saws cut close to the part surface, followed by a cleaning cut to reduce residual material. Materials such as aluminum, titanium, or stainless steel can be separated ergonomically and safely from the build platform.

Watch the video to see the process with swiveling fixture, line laser, and automated feed for precise cuts.
