Mössner offers high-performance solutions for industrial image processing. Our systems enable precise measurement, inspection and identification of workpieces – in both 2D and 3D. With state-of-the-art technology, you increase quality, efficiency and process reliability in your production.

Compact image processing sensors handle simple inspection tasks such as:

With functions such as pattern recognition, edge detection and brightness evaluation, we offer cost-efficient solutions for your quality control.

     

For reading and verifying barcodes, Data Matrix codes and OCR, we offer stationary and mobile systems. In addition, we supply complete solutions for direct part marking (DPM), including laser marking or dot peen marking. Verification is carried out in accordance with international standards such as ISO/IEC 15416 and AIM-DPM-1-2006.

                

Our systems handle complex tasks such as:

  • Defect and edge detection
  • Geometry inspection
  • OCR and ID recognition
  • Color and pattern comparison

2D position detection for robot guidance is also included. Workpieces do not need to be fed in a defined orientation – the system detects position and alignment and automatically guides the robot to the correct picking position.

 

For demanding 3D applications, we rely on profile-based sensor technology. Image evaluation is carried out using high-performance software with flexible integration options.
