Aaron successfully completed his apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic at Mössner, even finishing ahead of schedule despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

After gaining valuable experience in our assembly department, he decided to take the next step and complete his training as a Bachelor Professional of Metal Production and Management. Together, we planned his development with a clear goal: returning to Mössner as assembly team leader in assembly while also supporting and mentoring our mechanical apprentices.

Since June, Aaron has been back in his new role—and off to a great start.

His journey shows what is possible when ambition, trust, and the right opportunities come together. It’s a great example of how professional growth benefits both employees and the company.
