More Information

With the decoring unit D-CORE-MAXX 500, the workpiece can be primarily hammered and then simultaneously rotated and vibrated in only one machine.

Thereby, the casting is largely exempted from the sand. Thus, transport between separate machines is not necessary and the sand produced during the process is collected at only one place.

Loading and unloading can be done manually or by an IRB robot, depending on the application.

In the video, Philip Staudenecker demonstrates the highlights of the D-CORE-MAXX 500 and explains the most important functions and process steps directly at the machine.
