Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR)

We develop AMR solutions for your internal
transport and logistics processes

With our Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) solutions, you can increase the productivity of your manufacturing operations and enhance the efficiency of your intralogistics. We rely on driverless transport systems with payloads ranging from 60 kg to 3 tonnes. We use mobile robot systems from manufacturers including KUKA, Omron and ABB.

Autonomous navigation offers a high degree of flexibility in route planning and mapping. Via the fleet manager, you can centrally monitor your autonomous material transport and visualise relevant system and transport data.

For the automated transport of individual carts, we offer high-performance AMR top modules that can be flexibly adapted to different requirements. The robots either tow the carts between defined stations or transport them in a lifted position by means of an integrated lifting unit. This enables production and logistics processes to be organised efficiently. Our systems ensure a safe, smooth and reliable material flow.

Our portfolio includes mobile manipulators (MoMa), which we provide as fully integrated, ready-to-use systems. We rely on our own mobile platforms and the corresponding control systems designed for collaborative robots (cobots) mounted on the platform.

Our MoMa systems use cobots from ABB, Universal Robots, Omron and Fanuc, which are seamlessly integrated into the mobile platforms. In addition, we also offer the ready-made mobile manipulator KUKA iiSy.

Our mobile manipulators can be used for a wide range of applications, including machine tending, cleaning tasks, as well as loading and unloading processes at multiple stationary systems.

Our portfolio also includes the development and implementation of fully customised special solutions. In this context, we create individual top modules, functional units and extensions that are precisely tailored to the specific requirements and processes of our customers.

Among other things, we design and manufacture customised components such as lifting units, roller conveyors, as well as mechanical and electrical assemblies that can be integrated precisely into existing processes. Every solution is individually designed, developed and adapted to ensure optimum functionality, efficiency and process reliability.

Our focus is always on tailor-made systems that can be flexibly adapted to the respective application and offer our customers clear added value in their production processes.

Mössner offers customised transfer stations for efficient material flow with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR). Our systems enable the reliable transfer of pallets, carts, containers and other transported goods – precisely matched to the AMR system used and the individual production environment.

From pallet transfers and cart handover systems to fully customised special variants, Mössner develops robust and safe solutions that automate processes, optimise transport routes and sustainably improve internal material flow.

We simulate your AMR automation under realistic conditions as early as the planning phase. Using simulation, we determine the required number of vehicles, analyse material flows and identify potential bottlenecks in the layout. This allows performance limits, cycle times and traffic volumes to be evaluated at an early stage.

The simulation is based on the hall layout of your production facility or warehouse/logistics centre, including the positions of the individual stations as well as selected process and transport data. On this basis, we create a reliable foundation for decision-making and ensure an efficient and future-proof system design.
