Quality Management

We place high demands on the quality of our products and services – and this we have confirmed: The development, distribution and manufacture of our special machines and plants are certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

Quality Policy (ISO 9001)

As part of our corporate responsibility for ensuring the quality of our services, we hereby establish our Quality Policy.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) defines the requirements and processes established by our organization. Its implementation ensures that all activities affecting the performance and effectiveness of the organization are planned, implemented, controlled, and monitored and that applicable customer, statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements are fulfilled.

Through this policy, top management requires all employees and external providers to perform their activities in accordance with the applicable requirements and documented information of the QMS to ensure that the quality of all services provided by our organization consistently meets internal and external requirements.

Top management evaluates the performance and effectiveness of the QMS through the review of relevant results, internal audits, performance evaluations, and management reviews.

We provide the resources necessary to achieve our quality objectives and to effectively implement and maintain this Quality Policy.

We are committed to the continual improvement and further development of our Quality Management System.

The consistent quality of our services is one of the foundations of our sustainable business success. For us, quality means meeting the requirements and expectations of our customers and other relevant interested parties to the greatest possible extent.

Quality is therefore a key criterion in our day-to-day activities and forms the basis for reliable and long-term relationships with our customers.

Acting with quality awareness also means using valuable resources efficiently and responsibly. All employees have both the responsibility and the authority to identify and contribute to the elimination of conditions that may adversely affect the performance and results of the organization.

Continuous improvement of our organization is therefore, in the medium and long term, also a prerequisite for the effective reduction of costs and an important contribution to the responsible use of resources and the protection of the environment.

Effective organizational structures and state-of-the-art quality management methods provide the necessary framework. All employees are required to apply the requirements relevant to their areas of responsibility, continually monitor their effectiveness, and adapt them, where necessary, to current knowledge, developments, and applicable requirements.

This understanding of quality, the associated quality awareness, and the commitment of all employees are essential prerequisites for customer satisfaction and, therefore, for the sustained success of our organization.

Quality Management Principles

We are committed to the quality management principles defined in ISO 9000:

  • Customer focus
  • Leadership
  • Engagement of people
  • Process approach
  • Improvement
  • Evidence-based decision making
  • Relationship management

Environment

Operational Waste Management
With our operational waste management, we make an active contribution to environmental protection and the conservation of resources. Although no waste requiring special monitoring is produced in our company, an environmentally friendly waste system is very important to us. Therefore, we systematically collect, sort and dispose of waste in an environmentally friendly manner. In addition, we try to keep the packaging material of our products as low as possible or to avoid it altogether – as far as transport safety permits. In addition, we strive for an integrated product policy, i.e. we try to reduce the environmental impact of our products throughout their entire product life cycle. This starts with the extraction of raw materials and extends to waste disposal or recycling.
