July 2026 –
Cooperation Project with Leinzell Secondary School

In June, we had the opportunity to carry out an exciting cooperation project with Leinzell Secondary School.

Over the course of three days, eighth-grade students visited our training workshop to take part in hands-on workshops. At the same time, our Mössner apprentices supported the students directly at the school in creating their own game board.

During the project, the students planned, marked out, center-punched, sawed, filed, sanded, drilled, cut threads, and carefully deburred their workpieces. They gained fascinating insights into metalworking and learned how to safely use a variety of tools and machines. In addition, they had the chance to gain their first experience in programming a TNC control system and to see how CNC milling machines manufacture precise components based on a self-created program.

From the initial idea and planning stages through the individual manufacturing steps to the finished product, the students experienced the entire production process firsthand and actively contributed at every stage.

The result was a game board that was not only manufactured by the students themselves but can also be enjoyed and used for a long time to come.

A big thank you to all the students, teachers, and our apprentices for the great collaboration. We thoroughly enjoyed the project and are already looking forward to many more exciting projects in the future!
