This time we are supplying the technology for the decoring, sawing and pre-machining of housings and carriers to Mexico.

Two of our proven 3 in 1 decoring machines are used for this. This loading is done manually. The decored workpiece then passes over turntables into the sawing and milling cell. Two ABB robots take over the cutting of the feeder and casting system on two of our robotic band saws. The robots also remove the dividing burrs with the help of our robust milling spindle.
