In our robot cell, profiles can be efficiently sawed. This not only saves processing time but also results in more solid leftover material – which, in the circular economy, has a higher scrap value than, for example, aluminum chips.

Milling is also possible. If high precision is required, breakouts can be pre-machined by the robot, and the machining center then takes over the fine finishing. This significantly reduces the time spent on the machining center and lowers investment costs.

Thanks to the tool changer, various milling tools and a circular saw can be flexibly used.
