The workpieces are removed from the transport box and loaded into the transport containers or into further processing machines according to the palletising pattern. Four cameras record the stripe pattern of a high-performance projector and thus the position of the unsorted materials in the container. The components are picked up with gripping systems specially developed by Mössner for Bin Picking. Vacuum and magnetic grippers as well as mechanical gripping systems are used for this purpose. Mössner uses robots from the manufacturers ABB, KUKA and Fanuc in the payload range from 10 kg to 2,300 kg.
