In robot-guided sawing, the robot picks up the workpiece with its gripping system from a transfer device. The robot then moves to the bandsaw and performs the sawing operation. After this, the robot places the sawn part on an output belt or transfers it to subsequent fettling robots. In addition to the processing task, the robot also handles the workpieces. This reduces the number of industrial robots required. Herewith we achieve flexible, space-saving and economical sawing cells.

Our saw band guides, and the adjustable guide arm of the bandsaw ensure perfect positioning of the saw band. This results in a precise cut with maximum saw blade life. The hydraulic band tensioner automatically sets the correct band tension and keeps it constant during operation. Bandsaw blade positioning aids allow quick and safe changing of the saw blades.
