This bandsaw version is moved on an X and Y axis. A rotatable saw band guide completes the system with a 3rd axis. This enables a wide range of cutting movements.
The workpieces enter the inner area of the saw via turntable. Workpiece-specific fixtures allow the fixing of a wide variety of workpieces. Cast workpieces can be separated with the help of a lift stroke. Sawed-off recyclable material falls onto a conveyor system and thus reaches a container.
The cutting movements can be programmed using an intuitive user interface.
